In partnership with TRANE Carolinas, SCCEBA is hosting a roundtable regarding Commercial-Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE). Attendees will hear from Ethan Elser, Vice President of Corporate Development at PACE Equity of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who will make the business case for how C-PACE financing makes it possible for owners of commercial, industrial, multifamily, and nonprofit properties to obtain low-cost, long-term financing for energy efficiency, water conservation, and renewable energy projects.

Our roundtable discussion will provide attendees an opportunity to understand how C-PACE building property upgrades increase property values, protect local tax bases, increase local economic activity, provide improved environmental benefits, and promote the general welfare of communities.
